DEFINITION OF THE SEARCH MANDATE
We identify the main requirements of a position through meetings with the key executives and the decision leaders of the client.
After defining the key aspects of the search mandate, STATUS EMA PARTNERS develops a personalized search strategy.
TALENT IDENTIFICATION
Our specialized research team conducts a systematic search of qualified executive profiles that fit the requirements of the position.
EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES
We identify executives that have the ideal experience and skills. We ensure that their professional profile and personality complement the client’s organization and corporate culture.
PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES
We meet with the client to jointly analyse the final short list of candidates, when we present complete reports on each profile.
OFFER TO THE CANDIDATE
We work together with the client on selecting the final candidate. We advise the organization during the negotiation process and on presenting the offer.
HIRING AGREEMENT
Once the client’s proposal has been accepted by a candidate in writing, we contact all the other candidates to inform them of the decision and thank them for their time.
FOLLOW-UP
We accompany the hired executive during their onboarding process in the new position to ensure an optimum transition, while likewise ensuring that both the client and the candidate are satisfied with the final result.
